Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all United States orders over $35.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. International shipping is $35.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within one to two business days (Monday- Friday). Orders are not shipped on weekends. During times of high order volume, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. 

What if my package is missing?

If you added Brave Little Ones Package Protection at checkout then do not worry! Our package protection offers peace of mind for all of your orders. If you added the insurance, your package is fully protected in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We pride ourselves in having expetionaly fast shipping. If you would like to make a change to your order, or cancel an order you must reach out within one hour of placing your order. support@bravelittleones.com


It is helpful if you also send a DM on Instagram asking to hold your order, to ensure it doesn't get shipped before customer service sees your email.

Returns and Exchanges

We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out. We allow exchanges within 30 days. 

How do I start exchange?

The customer is responsible for the return shipping label, which costs $4.50. A store credit will be issued within 3 days after return is received.

All items applicable for exchange must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. Product must have the original packaging with tags. If you have received a flawed item please email us at support@bravelittleones.com.

Our Brave Little Ones $0.98 Package Protection guarantees delivery on all orders placed within the United States.

Our Guarantee

Brave Little Ones Package Protection offers you peace of mind and package protection for all of your orders. If you add insurance, your package is fully protected in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen.

You are eligible to file a claim if any of the following criteria apply:

- Your package states delivered but has not been received, and it has been 5+ days since marked delivered.

- Your tracking/package has not moved in 15+ days.

- Your product arrives damaged, you have 5 business days to file a claim. Pictures must be provided.

In the event that your Brave Little Ones package is lost, damaged, or stolen we will reship your items if they are in stock. If items are not in stock, we will issue you a shop credit for the amount of the original purchase.

If you’re eligible to file a Package Protection Claim, please email us at support@bravelittleones.com with the following information:

Name (first & last)

Order number (6 digits found in your confirmation email)

Email address

Description of claim (lost, stolen or damaged)

Photo(s) if applicable

 

Exclusions:

International deliveries

Products damaged by user error

Products destroyed by pets

Discolored/stained products

Orders without proof of purchase from us or an approved retailer

Please Note: Brave Little Ones reserves the right to reject replacements and compensation at any time. Claim assessments will take place on an individual basis. Abuse of services (multiple claims filed) will result in the removal of one’s purchasing privileges with Brave Little Ones LLC.

Need sizing help? See our size chart here. Our zip rompers fit true to size. Our two piece sets we do recommended sizing up one size for longer wear.

What if I'm still not sure?

My little one is in between sizes, which size do you recommend buying? 

We always go by the weight section on our size chart. If you little one is at the end of that weight we recommend sizing up.

How do your two-piece sets run?

We recommend sizing up one size.

How do your zip rompers run? 

True to size.

Care Instructions

Slight variation in fit or color?

Brave Little Ones pjs are very stretchy, and sewn by human hands. A small sewing variance from item to item is normal. While we aim to keep our sizing as consistent as possible, there will always be slight variation.

Similarly, we do our absolute best to ensure our colors remain consistent. However, we custom dye and print our fabric, so there may be slight variations between batches. Print and pattern placement may also vary between pieces.

How do I care for bamboo?

Step One: 
Turn the garment inside out before washing and drying.

Step Two: 
Wash in cold water on the normal or quick cycle. We do not recommend washing on delicate since it makes products sit in water for too long.

Step Three: 
Dry on the normal heat setting.

For Dark Prints:

To avoid any dye bleeding, we recommend the following washing tips:

For initial wash, wash by itself or with dark/similar colors. Do not wash on the delicate cycle. Wash on normal or quick wash to prevent product from soaking in water. Make sure to pull load out as soon as it is finished. If you'd like, place two Shout Color Catching Sheets in the washing machine during the first couple washes as a precaution.

How can I limit pilling?

Bamboo is a natural fiber, and it's delicate. When bamboo is rubbed against rough surfaces, especially while wet, it may cause pilling. It should be washed separately from items that may be damaging, like jeans, towels or velcro. 

For the longest wear, you can wash them inside out and line dry when possible.
