U.S. Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all United States orders over $40.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within one to two business days (Monday- Friday). Orders are not shipped on weekends. During times of high order volume, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. 

What if my package is missing?

If you added Brave Little Ones Package Protection at checkout then do not worry! Our package protection offers peace of mind for all of your orders. If you added the insurance, your package is fully protected in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen. Exclusions apply.

We offer shipping to over 200 countries across the globe!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping is currently available to over 200 countries.

How much is shipping? Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Shipping cost varies depending on the final destinations and weight of order.

To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.

Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.

Who handles your international shipping?

We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping carrier. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.

When will I receive my order?

We want you to receive your order as fast as possible!

International orders are typically delivered within 6-15 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your Brave Little Ones tracking page.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns on international orders at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

We’re sorry if your purchase didn’t work out. We allow exchanges within 30 days for U.S. orders only.

How do I start an exchange?

We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out. We allow exchanges within 30 days. All items applicable for exchange must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition. Product must have the original packaging with tags. A store credit will be issued within 3 days after return is received. $6.99 will be deducted from your store credit for the return shipping label. Please use a poly mailer or bubble envelope to return items. Additional fees may apply for returning items in large boxes.

Can I return or exchange an international order?

Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.

Our Guarantee

Brave Little Ones Package Protection offers you peace of mind and package protection for all of your orders. If you add insurance, your package is fully protected in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen.

You are eligible to file a claim if any of the following criteria apply:

- Your package states delivered but has not been received, and it has been 5+ days since marked delivered.

- Your tracking/package has not moved in 15+ days.

- Your product arrives damaged, you have 5 business days to file a claim. Pictures must be provided.

In the event that your Brave Little Ones package is lost, damaged, or stolen we will reship your items if they are in stock. If items are not in stock, we will issue you a shop credit for the amount of the original purchase.

If you’re eligible to file a Package Protection Claim, please email us at support@bravelittleones.com with the following information:

Name (first & last)

Order number (6 digits found in your confirmation email)

Email address

Description of claim (lost, stolen or damaged)

Photo(s) if applicable

 

Exclusions:

Products destroyed by pets

Orders without proof of purchase from us or an approved retailer

Please Note: Brave Little Ones reserves the right to reject replacements and compensation at any time. Claim assessments will take place on an individual basis. Abuse of services (multiple claims filed) will result in the removal of one’s purchasing privileges with Brave Little Ones LLC.

What if my little one is in between sizes?

If your little one is in-between sizes, we always go by the weight section on our size chart

If you little one is at the end of that weight we recommend sizing up.

Care Instructions

Slight variation in fit or color?

Brave Little Ones pjs are very stretchy, and sewn by human hands. A small sewing variance from item to item is normal. While we aim to keep our sizing as consistent as possible, there will always be slight variation.

Similarly, we do our absolute best to ensure our colors remain consistent. However, we custom dye and print our fabric, so there may be slight variations between batches. Print and pattern placement may also vary between pieces.

How do I care for bamboo?

Step One: 
Turn the garment inside out before washing and drying.

Step Two: 
Wash in cold water on the normal or quick cycle. We do not recommend washing on delicate since it makes products sit in water for too long.

Step Three: 
Dry on the normal heat setting.

How can I limit pilling?

Bamboo is a natural fiber, and it's delicate. When bamboo is rubbed against rough surfaces, especially while wet, it may cause pilling. It should be washed separately from items that may be damaging, like jeans, towels or velcro. 

For the longest wear, you can wash them inside out and line dry when possible.

How does ShopPay Installments work?

Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time. Depending on your purchase amount, there are two ways that you can pay for your order in installments:

1. For orders between $50 to $999.99 USD, you can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. 

2. For orders between $150 to 17,500 USD, you can split your purchase into monthly installment payments.
