Package Protection

Our Brave Little Ones Package Protection guarantees delivery on all orders placed within the United States. If your package is lost/ stolen/ missing you have 15 days from the time your order was marked as delivered to reach out to customer service.

You are eligible to file a claim if any of the following criteria apply:

  • Your package states delivered but has not been received, and it has been 5+ business days since marked delivered.
  • Your tracking/package has not moved in 15+ days.
  • Your product arrives damaged, you have 5 business days to file a claim. Pictures must be provided.

    In the event that your Brave Little Ones package is lost, damaged, or stolen we will reship your items if they are in stock. If items are not in stock, we will issue you a shop credit for the amount of the original purchase.

    If you’re eligible to file a Package Protection Claim, please email us at support@bravelittleones.com with the following information:

    • Name (first & last)
    • Order number (6 digits found in your confirmation email)
    • Email address
    • Description of claim (lost, stolen or damaged)
    • Photo(s) if applicable 

    Exclusions:

    • Orders over $200*
    • International deliveries
    • Products damaged by user error
    • Products destroyed by pets
    • Discolored/stained products
    • Orders without proof of purchase from us or an approved retailer
    • Does not guarantee shipping times

    Please Note: *Missing orders over $200 will need to have an investigation open by USPS or UPS. After investigation concludes a claim will be processed before a replacement package is sent. Brave Little Ones reserves the right to reject replacements and compensation at any time. Claim assessments will take place on an individual basis. Abuse of services (multiple claims filed) will result in the removal of one’s purchasing privileges with Brave Little Ones LLC.
